Prior Information

The following agreement is between REAL CLICK-TOURS, UNIPESSOAL LDA, based in Rua José Afonso nº 43, r/c esqº, 2735-635 Agualva Cacém, legal person number 515445274, the object of the business is the tourist animation and the transport of passengers in light vehicles, under Registration RNAAT 634/2019, hereinafter referred to as REAL CLICK TOURS, and any other person, hereinafter referred to as CUSTOMER, intending to acquire their booking confirmation to enjoy a tour(s) as described in the website

The acquisition online of any service provided by REAL CLICK TOURS depends on the register of the CUSTOMER data, by indication of the elements requested at purchase, including full name, address, email and phone number, as well as the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The CUSTOMER declares that he/she is of legal age (18 years old or older) and he/she has legal capacity to understand and hire the acquisition of services provided by REAL CLICK TOURS, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

REAL CLICK TOURS guarantees the existence of the tours published on their website on the day of the consultation and will use all the means at its disposal to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the existing information and assumes no liability if the information provided is not accurate or complete.

REAL CLICK TOURS reserves the right to change, add or delete, either in whole or in part, the following Terms and Conditions which shall take effect only after its disclosures on the website, being the CUSTOMER always subject to the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of purchase.

Conclusion of the Contract (purchasing procedure)

  1. The object of this contract is the acquisition of tours by the CUSTOMER for the service provided by REAL CLICK TOURS, identified on the website, for the prices referred on it at the time of purchase.
  2. The contract is concluded online on the website, or by phone on +351 939627184/939627192.
  3. The procedures for the purchase of tours are listed on the website and the CUSTOMER must follow them until its formalization, which will only be possible after express and unreserved acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, of which he/she becomes aware prior to contracting the services provided by REAL CLICK TOURS.
  4. The procedures for the purchase of tours are those indicated by REAL CLICK TOURS by phone on +351 939627184/939627192 or informed by their website at time of purchase and the CUSTOMER must follow them until its formalization, which will only be possible after express and unreserved acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, that will be available for reading on the website at time of purchase. The CUSTOMER retains the option to cancel the purchase, in accordance to the deadlines set in these Terms and Conditions.
  5. The prices indicated on the website or by REAL CLICK TOURS at time of purchase are in euros, VAT included at the statutory rate in force.
  6. REAL CLICK TOURS reserves the right to change the price of the tours, as well as to suspend or cancel its sale temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice. However, the rights deriving from purchases made by the CUSTOMER that occurred in the meantime, shall be preserved.
  7. Tours are sold by REAL CLICK TOURS for a specific date and time and the CUSTOMER can only change it by request emailed to with a minimum of 72 hours prior to start date/time of the tours. This change will only take effect after confirmation of availability by REAL CLICK TOURS by email.
  8. Online payments or by phone are only available by VISA or Mastercard. The CUSTOMER will have to indicate the necessary data, including card number, expiry date and CVV code, which will be inserted in Redunicre’s IT platform. In presential sales, cash and ATM payments are also accepted.
  9. The procedure of acquiring online tours or by phone will be completed with the introduction of the data referred in the previous paragraph and respective validation by Redunicre. After that, a proof of payment will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER by email.

Free Contract Resolution (refund policy)

  1. The CUSTOMER may terminate the contract and ask for refund of the total purchase without any kind of compensation and without the need to state the reason, within a maximum of 48 hours after the payment booking confirmation, since it does not exceed the deadline of 48 hours before the date/time of the tours purchased.
  2. The right of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER shall be exercised in accordance with the deadlines on the previous paragraph, upon notice to be sent by the CUSTOMER via email to the address
  3. After receipt of the communication referred above and validation of compliance with deadlines, REAL CLICK TOURS shall reimburse the price paid by the CUSTOMER within a period of 5 days up to 30 days by the same method of payment used for the purchase procedure.

Pick-up and Drop-off Points for the service provided

The pick-up and drop-off point for the service provided by REAL CLICK TOURS is in Lisbon (hotel or apartment), pick up and drop -off hours will be indicated by the customer within regular business hours including weekends and bank holidays.

Rules / Use warnings for the service provided

  1. Tours are sold by REAL CLICK TOURS for a specific date and time. If it is not possible for the CUSTOMER to be present in the location agreed for pickup in the date and time of the tour booking confirmation, REAL CLICK TOURS reserves the right to cancel the purchase and the CUSTOMER will not be entitled to any refund. For this reason, the customers must be present at the pick-up point at the time of booking confirmation.
  2. The presentation of booking confirmation t by the CUSTOMER (in digital format or paper) is mandatory on the date and time of the tour if requested by REAL CLICK TOURS guide driver.
  3. Food and beverages are not allowed aboard, except water in plastic bottle.
  4. If REAL CLICK TOURS cannot accomplish fully the tour as described in the website, the CUSTOMER shall be entitled to a full refund but may not require any other compensation beyond refund.
  5. REAL CLICK TOURS will take every step within his power to ensure the tours end up at the scheduled time. However, REAL CLICK TOURS assumes no liability for any inconvenience or direct/indirect damage caused to the CUSTOMER by potential delays.
  6. REAL CLICK TOURS is not responsible for any left/stolen object in the vehicle. However, REAL CLICK TOURS will take every step within his power to ensure that any object found will be kept in the REAL CLICK TOURS office for a maximum period of 20 days after the enjoyment of the service.


  1. Online payments or payments by phone are only by VISA or Mastercard. The CUSTOMER must follow the corresponding instructions during the purchase procedure. In presential sales, cash and ATM payments are also accepted.
  2. REAL CLICK TOURS declares that the bank data entered by the CUSTOMER in the system during the acquisition procedure are not stored in its computer applications and are only intended to charge for the services acquired via Redunicre.
  3. After payment validation a proof of payment will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER by email.

Any request for information, questions or complaints should be done by email to

  1. All communications by the CUSTOMER related to these Terms and Conditions will be sent by email to All communications to the CUSTOMER will be sent to the email indicated at the time of his/her identification. Changes of email must be notified to REAL CLICK TOURS by the CUSTOMER.
  2. If the CUSTOMER does not comply with the previous paragraph, the communications sent to the email originally indicated will be deemed to constitute a communication validly delivered.

Privacy policy and data protection

Any content or personal data provided by the CUSTOMER in the purchase process shall be subject to REAL CLICK TOURS privacy policy and personal data as outlined in the website


REAL CLICK TOURS shall not be help responsible for any damages which the CUSTOMER or third parties might suffer, which are due to:

  1. Access to and use, or the inability to and use of the contents on the website www.realclicktours or the telephone attendance system;
  2. Damages caused by third parties or by server attacks or to the telephone attendance system, which may affect the quality of its services;
  3. Deficiencies or weaknesses in the communication network, as well as, caused by computer network, modems, interconnection software, and/or computer virus that may affect the software and/or the user’s equipment, for instance when he or she does not promote the installation of appropriate protection software.
  4. Capture failures, visualization or use of the website;
  5. Unauthorized use;
  6. Reasons of force majeure, namely, any unforeseeable and irresistible cases, or, just inevitable such as: strikes or labour disputes that impede or obstruct the supply of the products traded on this website, accidents, fires, floods, wars, trade embargoes, or, any kind of legal amendments.
  7. The CUSTOMER is responsible for his or her personal data and updating thereof, and he or she shall ensure its confidentiality.
  8. In case of misuse or fraudulent use of the website or its telephone attendance system, and independently of the applicable legal procedure, REAL CLICK TOURS reserves the right to eliminate the CUSTOMER’s registration and cancel his/her right of enjoyment of the purchased service.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Portugal.
  2. The court of the district of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction in any dispute relating to this contract, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
